Our company, “Kykladitikos Maistros Single-member PC”, is made up of people with many years of experience in residential construction and providing high-end tourist services on the island of Kea.

We built these three very special villas with great attention to detail and respect for local architectural features, incorporating stone construction, fireplaces, paving stones and reed canopies.

Our villas are located along one of the loveliest beaches on the island and are designed to meet the needs of the modern tourist for a luxurious country house with a pool and all modern conveniences that can also serve as a quiet escape.

What motivated us most of all to create them was our love for the island, with its steadily growing visitor numbers and a demand for upgraded tourist services of international standards.
